Wow!
This has been an incredible Open House Week,
and we still have classes running through Sunday that you and your
friends can come and try out. Thank you for everyone who visited the
studio this week. We've have had a tremendous response and feel very
thankful for our friends who helped spread the word! (I have one
student who forwarded our most recent email to 45 people!)
January 11 - March 21: Winter Class Schedule
Keep the energy and great feelings alive! Now is also a great time to try take advantage of our 15% discount that we're offering until Sunday, January 10,
and many of you have used it as an incentive to register for 2 or 3
classes a week. This deepens your commitment to your practice, your
sense of well-being, and sense of community spirit that is so unique to
The Center. Be dedicated to yourself and watch how you come out the
other side of winter transformed and energized when we end our 10-week
winter session on March 21. Of course, you can still register next week, or even the week after....
We
have some classes that are nearly full, and a few that have low
registration. If you really love a class, pre-registering will help to
ensure that you have a spot, but it also helps to guarantee that a
class will run. We need at least 4 students in a class to make it run
for the session, so please don't hesitate to register! Don't worry if
you can't make it sometimes. We have a very liberal make-up policy,
and you can come to another class sometime during the week to make-up
your missed time. Students my also purchase a Class Card or drop-in to
a class. You can find more information about this on our website: www.thecenterdownntown.org
Friday Evening Winter Jams!

"The
base of society is a woman. Ever was, is and ever shall be. Therefore,
each woman has to turn her own values towards gracefulness. She has to
live it and then she has to share those values with the coming
generations. That is the only way we can change life from one
generation to the next."
Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga.
We look forward to welcoming you to The Center soon. Come and find your center!
In Peace and With Blessings,
Suzanne
